Rebuilt Power Sports specializes in the PowerSports Engine Rebuilding Process. We have 32 years experience in the Machining and Fabrication Industry and over 40 years of Riding, Racing, and Wrenching. We use high precision CNC equipment to do our machine work and use a CMM ( Coordinate Measuring Machine ) with touch probes to get exact measurments within .001mm or .00005 inch (half a ten thousandth).
We can bore cylinders up to 102 mm in bore diameter most for Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and Side x Side models. Some cylinders may not be able to be bored due to excessive wear or damage, so we can install a new sleeve, and re-bore the new sleeve to the stock factory bore size. We also have partners to replate your newly installed cylinder. We also can rebuild most crankshafts and cylinder heads for many vehicles. We do complete engine teardown and rebuilds matched with original OEM paint. Of course not all parts are still available for some vehicles, but we do have partners to obtain Vintage NOS Parts.
