Shipping

We ship via UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPS twice a week. Orders process the next business day. Most orders normally ship within 2 business days. Customers will be notified of any backorders via the email used to make your purchase. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for weather related delays or things beyond our control. We offer FREE Shipping on all parts and we pay the return shipping on all shop work. Order Tracking will be sent via email upon shipment. You may also log into your account for updates to your order.

When you purchase a engine rebuild or any machine shop service always print your receipt and send it with. Dont forget to let us know your year, make and model so we can use the correct parts. 

Tips for shipping your engine:

Engines fit well in a cooler or a storage tote. Wrap your engine in some moving blankets or pillows then, you can duct tape the lid down or drill some holes and zip tie down the lid, put your label on and drop it off at your local shipping outlet. Make sure there is no oil or any fluids in your motor.

Returns:
Contact us if you are unsure of the parts or fitments before you order. We do extensive research on fitments before we list anything for sale. Almost all powersports parts are not returnable to the manufacturers. If something is damaged from the manufacturer or damaged in shipment, we can help with that, but if
you order bigger tires for your ATV and they don't fit, that is non-returnable.  

You will need to pay shipping to return your item. Returns will not be accepted on items that are: Opened, used , or installed, or simply because you do not want it now. Return Authorization can be requested ONLINE through the Customer Service Link. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our office and a copy of the invoice. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. All items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale. These terms supersede any terms shown on our invoices, terms on invoices are for retail customers. Returned items MUST be RECEIVED by us no later than 15 Days from Invoice Date.  We CHARGE a 25% RESTOCK FEE on Returns. If the reason for the return is our error, then full credit will be issued. 
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with the returned item(s) circled. All non-damage items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale.
