1984-1987 Honda ATC125M Engine Rebuild Service includes:
- Clean Engine, Inspect and Prepare for Disassembly.
- Complete Engine Disassembly.
- Ultrasonic Clean all Engine Parts. De-Carbon Cylinder Head.
- Complete Inspection and Measuring of all Internal and External Engine Parts per Honda Service Manual Specifications.
- Media Blast or Vapor Blast Engine Cases, Engine Covers, Engine Cylinder, Cylinder Head and Paint OEM Color Match. Honda Satin Black ( Engine Cylinder ) Honda Cloud Silver ( rest of the engine ). Oven Cure Paint.
- Inspect all Bearings, Clutch, and Transmission parts for wear or damage.
- Inspect Crankshaft runout per service manual specifications.
- Inspect Engine Cylinder Bore for out of round and taper per service manual specifications.
- Inspect cylinder head, valve seats and camshaft for wear or damage per service manual specifications.
- Bore ( if necessary ) and Hone Engine Cylinder to next oversize piston per service manual specifications.
- Resurface Cylinder Head and Cylinder Sealing Surfaces for flatness per service manual specifications.
- Cut Valve Seats, Grind and Lapp per service manual specifications.
- Rebuild Crankshaft ( if necessary )
- Install New Bearings ( as needed )
- Install New Clutch Components ( as needed )
- Install New Piston, Piston Rings, Piston Wrist Pin and Piston Circlips
- Install New Electrical Components ( if necessary )
- Install New Complete Engine Oil Seal Kit.
- Install New Complete Engine Gasket Kit.
- Assemble Engine. Replace any damaged hardware such as screws, nuts or bolts.
- Set Ignition Timing. Set Valve Clearance.
- Genuine OEM Honda Parts will be used for all replacement parts based on availability.
- This price is LABOR and RETURN SHIPPING TO YOU upon Completion of Project.

What kind of engine work do you do?
We do CNC cylinder boring-honing, cylinder sleeving, cylinder plating, crankshaft rebuilding, cylinder head rebuilding, complete engine rebuilding, and full engine restorations.

What if some parts are no longer available or too old?
We have partners that still have many Vintage NOS Parts for a lot of models back to about 1966.

YES. We offer Free Shipping on all orders. We will also pay the return shipping for you on any repair service.

What is the turn around time to bore my cylinder?
After we receive your cylinder, it will take about 2 weeks to get it back to you, unless more repair is needed. We also supply you with a New Piston Kit and Top End Gasket Kit.
