OUR CYLINDER BORING SERVICE INCLUDES:
- Remove Dowel Pins, Remove Old Gasket Material, Clean Cylinder Ultrasonic Cleaner.
- Inspect Cylinder Bore for wear or damage. Inspect Cylinder Sealing Surface for Flatness.
- Bore and Hone Cylinder to next oversize piston per factory service manual specifications.
- If Cylinder Bore is past maximum boring size, we can install a new cylinder sleeve.
- Resurface Cylinder Sealing Areas if necessary per factory service manual specifications.
- Chamfer Cylinder Ports on 2 Strokes.
- Deburr any rough edges on cylinder sleeve.
- Vapor Blast, Repaint and Oven Cure Cylinder with factory OEM engine paint as needed.
- Piston Kits include Piston, Piston Rings, Piston Wrist Pin and Piston Circlips, and Piston Pin Needle Bearings for 2 strokes.
