• Cylinder Inspection: bore / hone (as needed)
• Cylinder Head Inspection: remove carbon build up, grind & lapp valves (as needed)
• Install New Parts
• Assemble to factory torque specs
• Set Ignition Timing & Valve Clearance

• 1 – New Wiseco Forged Series Piston
• 1 – New Wiseco Piston Ring Set
• 1 – New Wiseco Piston Wrist Pin
• 2 – New Wiseco Piston Circlips

• 4 – New Genuine OEM Yamaha Dowel Pins

Option 2: Complete Engine Rebuild Service (recommended for knocking noises, seized engine, worn transmission, or complete failure)
Service Includes:

• Everything in Top End Rebuild, plus:
• Complete engine disassembly
• Clean, Inspect, and measure all internal components
• Media or vapor blasting of cases, cylinder, and head
• OEM color-match paint with oven-cure finish
• Transmission and clutch inspection
• Install New Parts
• Reassembly to factory torque specs
• Set ignition timing and valve clearance
