Description

1980 Honda ATC185 Cylinder Boring Service includes:
Remove Old Gasket Material. Remove old dowel pins.
Clean Cylinder through Ultrasonic Cleaner.
Inspect Cylinder Bore for wear or damage.
Bore and Hone Cylinder to next oversize piston.
Inspect Cylinder Sealing Surface for Flatness.
Re-surface if necessary.
Deburr any rough edges on cylinder sleeve.
Vapor Blast, Repaint and Cure if necessary.
Choose your option at checkout.
1. Send us your cylinder with your piston. We recommend 2nd Over Size for proper fitment.
2. Send us your cylinder and let us supply you with a New Wiseco Piston Kit and Dowel Pins.
Piston Kit includes Piston, Piston Rings, Piston Wrist Pin and Piston Circlips.

How long will it take to get my order?
Many factors contribute to shipping. Usually it takes about a week from time of order until the customer receives the order.
Where is RebuiltPowerSports located?
Rural Northern Minnesota. About 100 miles south of the Canadian border.
Do I have to pay Tax on my order?
Only customers from Minnesota pay Tax. When you enter your zip code at time of checkout, the Tax will disappear.
Do you have parts for other kinds of vehicles?
We have parts and do engine work for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Polaris. ATV's , Side by Side's , and Dirt Bikes.
What kind of engine work do you do?
We do CNC cylinder boring-honing, cylinder sleeving, cylinder plating, crankshaft rebuilding, cylinder head rebuilding, complete engine rebuilding, and full engine restorations.
What if some parts are no longer available or too old?
We have partners that still have many Vintage NOS Parts for a lot of models back to about 1966.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
YES. We offer Free Shipping on all orders. We will also pay the return shipping for you on any repair service.
What is the turn around time to bore my cylinder?
After we receive your cylinder, it will take about 2 weeks to get it back to you, unless more repair is needed. We can also supply you with a New Piston Kit.
